Introductory call

We start with a brief introductory call to learn more about each other and discuss the next steps.

We will discuss your goals, needs, resources, and develop a comprehensive strategy and action plan together. We will develop a unique buy box, formalize our relationship, connect you with a lender and get pre-approvals. We can also put together a 1031 exchange plan if you are going to be exiting from one investment property into another.
find the right property

Based on your buy box we will set-up showings to view properties that meet your criteria. When we find the right fit, we will write an offer and try to put it under contract.
Under contract

While you are under contract you will have the opportunity to conduct a deeper due diligence of the property, including inspections. We can provide introductions to local inspectors and specialists and help you analyze due diligence documents.
Closing
