Bianca Griffith

Bianca Griffith is a real estate professional and Boulder, Colorado native. She is passionate about helping individuals reach their lifestyle and financial goals with real estate. She has worked with first time homebuyers without credit scores or pre-approvals, to large portfolio investors on multi-family properties and fast 1031 exchange transactions. No matter what your goal is, Bianca's strategic and out-of-the-box thinking provides each client with a tailored service based on their individual circumstances, market, and goals.
Bianca has a degree in Urban Planning and has studied architecture, negotiation, environmental design, and construction in the US and internationally. Prior to real estate she worked in city infrastructure development, technology, and business. She leverages the latest technology, and her expert knowledge of the built environment, finance, and Colorado to help her clients navigate the complex landscape of real estate to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
With extensive personal real estate investing experience, Bianca stands out as an agent that understands investors. She has personal investing experience in LTRs, STRs and MTRs, BRRRRs, and Fix & Flips. She helps her clients find great MLS and off-market deals, assists in deal analysis, assess conventional and hard money financing options, writes wining offers, and develops strategic structuring. Becca Orin

Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Becca Orin has always had a deep-rooted passion for the local community.

After earning her Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from CU Boulder, Becca dedicated her career to making a difference. She founded a non-profit organization, where she served as Director for over eight years. In this role, Becca focused on rescuing dogs in need within the community. Her work was not only about finding loving homes for animals but also about fostering a compassionate and informed community.

In parallel to Becca's community work, she has always been involved in real estate. Since her early 20s she has been actively involved in buying and selling properties personally within Boulder. Through this experience over the years, Becca has developed a keen understanding of the real estate market and the various ways entering this market can benefit individuals financially. Today, she combines her passion for helping the local community with her many years of personal investing experience to help her clients succeed in their own real estate journeys.​
